The Superfacialist Tea Flower Pore Purifying Clay Mask (£8.99, but currently £5.99 at Boots) is a detoxifying mask that unclogs pores and restores skin balance. It contains Salicylic Acid proven to help unclog congested skin and oil-absorbing Dead Sea Mud rich in magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron for the perfect detox facial at home.
As I said in the intro, I have been using this once (sometimes twice) a week and it has, literally, done wonders for my skin. I had been getting a lot of 'underground' (under the skin) spots and this has helped with the problem a lot - I haven't had any new major zits (just a couple of 'regular' hormonal ones) and those 'underground' blemishes never erupted and sort of just disappeared (!).
The mask itself is quite creamy, smells lovely (very different from many other clay masks - this has a rather nice floral-herbal scent) and is best to be left on for 5 minutes (though I often leave it on for 15-20). It doesn't dry out my skin despite the salicylic acid and feels actually quite hydrating. Afterwards, my skin's instantly smoother and clearer and I can see a real difference by the next morning - there's less redness, skin is more balanced and any zits have been dried out. I don't know how this mask does what it does - it hydrates skin while drying out the blemishes - but I absolutely love it. This is now up there with my (still) very much beloved REN Clearcalm mask (see review here), the only difference is: this Superfacialist mask is a lot cheaper than REN. Win!

This mask definitely made my skin tingle and I quite liked it - I actually felt like it was doing something. I rinsed it off after 15 minutes and woah!, my skin looked and felt different. It felt tighter, somehow more taut, totally refreshed, smoother. It looked more even (the skin tone, I mean) and clearer. Youth Mud managed to revive my complexion in mere 15 minutes and this is why I'm so impressed. GLAMGLOW say on their website that "there is nothing GLAMGLOW doesn't do" and I've got to agree - I'm not going to say this is the best mask ever, after all I have only used it once, but it is rare, very rare, for me to want to buy a product after trying ONE sample sachet.
GLAMGLOW have a few other masks in their range, too - check 'em out here.
